IS 1001 : 1991 Synthetic Rubber Proofed/Coated Fuel Pump Diaphragm Fabric - Specification

1 Scope

This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods of sampling and test for fuel diaphragm fabric, synthetic rubber proofed/ coated used for the manufacture of fuel pump diaphragm for motor vehicles run on gasoline Up to 100 RON (Research Octane Number) not containing more than 20 percent by volume of aromatichydrocarbons and commercial diesel fuel.
