1 SCOPE
1.1 This standard covers the following:
a) Major and minor air pollutants and their sources from refining operations;
b) Emissions from refineries;
c) Pollution control techniques and options;
d) Operating practices to minimize and control emissions;
e) Measurement of emissions; and
f) Monitoring of emissions.
