  1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part II) lays down the minimum performancerequirements and characteristics to be specified for standardsignal generator in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 500 MHz.

1.1.1 This standard covers requirements for synthesised typesignal generators only. The requirements for phase locked loopedversion shall be covered in subsequent part.
