1. Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 3/Sec 25) applies to shipboard general instrumentation, control and communication cables, intended for interconnection of ail sorts of instrumentation and communication equipment including that telephone equipment whose proper functioning is thought necessary for the safety of the ship.
