1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 6) lays down the safety requirementsregarding scaffolds, platforms, gangways and runs, ladders, ramps,openings, dangerous corners, forms for concrete, grouting andguniting, structural steel erection, welding, riveting and cutting,painting storage of materials like cement, pipes, poles, steel,sand, gravel, crushed stone, paints, etc.
