This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 22514-6 : 2013 ‘Statistical methods in process management - Capability and performance - Part 6: Process capability statistics for characteristics following a multivariate normal distribution’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Statistical Methods for Quality and Reliability Sectional Committee andapproval of the Management and Systems Division Council.
