This Indian Standard (Part 1), which is identical with ISO6410-1 : 1993 `Technical drawings - Screw threads and threadedparts - Part 1 : General conventions' issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau ofIndian Standards on the recommendation of Drawings SectionalCommittee and approval of Light Mechanical Engineering DivisionCouncil.
