1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 1) covers spatial, functional andenvironmental requirements of administrative and hospital servicesdepartment buildings.

1.1.1 This standard does not cover requirements of dispensariesand health centres and also does not cover the requirements forspecialised hospitals such as for teaching, tuberculosis, cancer,etc.
