This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 570-1982`Textile machinery and accessories - Heald carrying rods for healdswith closed "O" - shaped end loops', issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) , was adopted by the IndianStandards Institution on the recommendations of the Cotton WeavingMachinery Components Sectional Committee and approved by theTextile Division Council.
