NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 3) (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 6412-3 : 2017 ‘Technical product documentation — Simplified representation of pipelines — Part 3: Terminal features of ventilation and drainage systems’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Drawings Sectional Committee had been approved by the Production and General Engineering Division Council.

This standard was originally published in 2001 as identical adoption of ISO 6412-3 : 1993. The first revision of this standard has been undertaken to align it with the latest version of ISO 6412-3.
