IS 11287 : 2023 Bridge Insulations Testers (Magneto Generator Type) - Specification
1 SCOPE
1.1 This standard covers the requirements of portable bridge insulation testers (hand operated) enclosing in the same case a generator having a rated voltage of 100 V or more testers (hand operated) enclosing in the same case as a generator having a rated voltage of 100 V or more.
1.2 The scope of this standard is confined to hand-operated bridge insulation resistance testers. Mains-operated and motor-driven bridge insulation resistance testers may have to comply with additional requirements which do not form part of this standard.
