1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 2) specifies the spectral distributionof the illumination and also the viewing conditions under whichtransparent, or reflecting originals, may be compared with theirreproductions.

1.2 The conditions should also be used for viewing originals,particularly transparencies, when selecting them for reproduction.
