NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (Part 5) (Third Revision) which is identical with ISO 4548-5 : 2020 ‘Methods of test for full flow lubricating oil filters for internal combustion engines - Part 5: Test for hydraulic pulse durability’ issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of the Automotive Prime Movers, Transmission Systems and Internal Combustion Engines Sectional Committee and approval of the Transport Engineering Division Council.
