IS 11606 : 1986 Methods of sampling cast iron pipes & fittings

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the methods of sampling andcriteria for conformity of cast iron pipes and fittings when theyare inspected for acceptance in the form of a lot. It alsorecommends certain minimum level of process inspection.

1.2 It does not cover sampling methods for special types of castiron pipes such as those used in petroleum industry.
