This Indian Standard, which is identical with ISO 129 : 1985 `Technical drawings - Dimensioning - General principles, definitions, methods of execution and special indications' issued by the International organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Indian Standards Institution on the recommendation of the Drawings Sectional Committee and approval of the Mechanical Engineering Division Council.
