This Indian Standard (Third Revision) which is identical with ISO 5943 : 2006 'Cheese and processed cheese products - Determination of chloride content - Potentiometric titration method' issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Dairy Products and Equipment Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
