1 Scope

Specifies requirements for flanged and screwed and diaphragmvalves for general purposes.

1.1 It covers valves with flanged ends of nominal diameters DN10 to DN 300 and with internal screw threads of nominal sizes DN 6to DN 80 according to IS 9520 : 1980 `Specification for nominalsizes for valves.
