1. SCOPE

This standard lays down the minimum requirements for the centralized recirculatory lubricating and sealing oil systems for high speed and high-pressure centrifugal compressor installations in petrochemical, fertiliser, refineries, etc, with various prime-movers like a steam turbine, gas turbine, electric motors with or without gearboxes.
