NATIONAL FOREWORD
This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 5550 : 2006 ‘Caseins and caseinates — Determination of moisture content (Reference method)’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Dairy Products and Equipment Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
