NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 3070-3 : 2007 ‘Machine tools - Test conditions for testing the accuracy of boring and milling machines with horizontal spindle - Part 3: Machines with movable column and movable table’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation(s) of the Machine Tools, Machine Tool Elements and Holding Devices Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.
