IS 11982 : 1987 Design rating and safe working load for general purpose flat pallet for through transit of goods

1 Scope - Provides guidance on the relationship between the design ratingof a pallet and its safe working load in practice, which isdependent on the nature of the load being carried.

1.1 It is applicable to general purpose flat pallets whoserating has been determined by testing in accordance with IS6219-1977 `Test code for non-expendable flat pallets using theperformance requirements set out in Indian Standard for performancerequirements for general purpose flat pallets for through transitof goods.
