1 SCOPE

This standard (Part 2) covers the method of measurement of concrete works in building and civil engineering works.

NOTE - The method of measurement of concrete work in piling, wells and tunnelling is covered respectively in IS 1200 (Part 23) 'Method of measurement of building and civil engineering works: Part 23 Piling (fourth revision)', IS 1200 (Part 24) 'Method of measurement of building and civil engineering works: Part 24 Well foundations (third revision)' and IS 1200 (Part 25) 'Method of measurement of building and civil engineering works: Part 25 Tunnelling (second revision)'.
