1 Scope

This Standard covers in two sections, the recommended practicesfor dimensional measurements of pistons as applicable to internalcombustion engines.

1.1 Unless otherwise agreed upon between the manufacturer andthe purchaser the dimensional measurements are applicable prior tocoating.
