1 SCOPE

1.1 This standard specifies the requirements of wire, bar, plate, sheet and strip or any of other form for nickel-chromium, nickel-chromium-iron and ironchromium- aluminum alloys to be used as electrical resistance heating elements.

1.2 The basic characteristics of different types of alloys are given in Annex B.
