1 Scope

Covers the safety requirements for the integrity and security offuel tanks, fuel tank filter pipes and fuel tank connections, usedon automotive vehicles to minimize fire hazard resulting from fuelspillage during and after crash/collision.

1.1 This standard applies to passenger cars, multipurposepassenger vehicles, trucks and buses.
