1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 2) specifies general requirements forthe insulation of relays used in electrical field.

1.2 This standard also applies to associated ancilliary devicessuch as shunts, series resistors, transformers, used and testedtogether with electrical relays, except where the device is coveredby a separate Indian Standard.
