1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 1) covers general requirements of twogrades of two-part polysulphide based sealants for use in generalbuilding applications, namely, pouring grade and gun grade. Pouringgrade sealants are intended for use in horizontal joints. Gun gradesealants are intended for use in vertical and inclined joints (thatis, glazing applications).
