IS 12203 : 1999 Lithium Base Grease for Automotive Purposes - Specification

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements and method ofsampling and test for lithium base greases suitable forapplications on all automotive vehicles and also as wheel bearinggrease operating at temperatures ranging from -20 to 120�C.

1.2 This standard also covers lithium grease containingmolybdenum disulphide additive.
