1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard ( Patt I ) prescribes the procedure for the determination of fat in whole milk, evaporated ( unsweetened) milk, standardized milk, toned milk, double toned milk, separated milk, skim milk, buttermilk and homogenized milk by the Gerber method.
