IS 12289 : 1988 Specification for Hand Held Electric Engraving Tools

1 Scope

This clause of IS 302 : 1979 is applicable, except as follows:

1.1 Replacement

This standard is applicable to hand held electric engravingtools.

1.2 Replacement

This standard does not apply to such engraving tools where theengraving is done by the etching action of the electric current.
