This Indian Standard (Part 10) which is modified adoption of ISO 7206-10 : 2018 ‘Implants for surgery — Partial and total hip-joint prostheses — Part 10 Determination of resistance to static load of modular femoral heads’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Orthopaedic Instruments Implant and Accessories Sectional Committee and approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.
Amendment 1 published in 2021 to ISO 7206-10 : 2018 is given at the end of this publication.
