1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard covers the requirements of medium density fibre (MDF) boards for general purposes having density in the range of 600 kg/m3 to 900 kg/m3.

1.2 This standard does not cover veneered or laminated or pre-laminated or other specially treated boards, moulded boards, etc.
