1 SCOPE
This standard covers the requirements of copper wire rods for electrical applications having nominal cross-sectional diameter over 6 mm to 35 mm. The requirements of Electrolytic Tough Pitch (ETP) and Oxygen Free Copper (OFC) types of copper wire rods are covered in this standard.
