1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 3) specifies the method to be used forthe determination of cobalt, iron, manganese and nickel contents inhardmetals within the range 0.01 to 0.5 percent (m/m) by flameatomic absorption spectrometry.

1.2 General requirements concerning the field of application,principle, interfering elements, apparatus, sampling and testreport are given in this standard.
