1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the methods of sampling andcriteria for ascertaining the conformity of a lot of bakeryproducts to the relevant product specifications, such as, biscuits,breads and cakes. It also includes the recommended provisions forprocess control for the guidance of manufacturers.
