This Indian Standard (Second Revision) which is identical with ISO/TS 2963 : 2006 ‘Cheese and processed cheese products — Determination of citric acid content — Enzymatic method’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Dairy Products and Equipment Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
