1 Scope

1.1 This Standard lays down the method for determination of anabsolute quantity of spermatozoa having a linear motility at thebody temperature of an animal in a dose of bull semen preserved inliquid nitrogen and meant for artificial insemination (AI) of cowsand heifers.
