1 SCOPE

1.1 This standard (Part 2/Sec 1) cover essential rating.. and characteristics of combinatorial and sequential digital integrated circuits, both bipolar and MOS circuits, unless otherwise specified. They do not include a.c. coupled digital integrated circuits.

1.2 An example of specification of characteristics according to this standard is given in Annex A.
