This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 5458 : 1998`Geometrical product specifications (GPS) - Geometrical tolerancing- Positional tolerancing issued by the International Organizationfor Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of IndianStandards on the recommendation of Drawings Sectional Committee andapproval of the Basic and Production Engineering Division Council.
