This Indian Standard which is identical with IEC Pub 865 : 1986`Calculation of the effects of short-circuit currents, issued bythe International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted bythe Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of theElectrical Installations sectional Committee (ET 20) and approvalof the Electrotechnical Division Council.
