IS 13272 : 1992 Woven Lace and Knit Curtain and Drapery Fabrics Made of Man-made Fibres and Their Blends - Specification

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the performance requirements for all woven, laceand knit fabrics made of synthetic fibres and their blends with other fibresused for curtains and drapery.

1.2 It is not applicable to fabrics made of glass.

1.3 For requirements where fabric direction is pertinent, these requirementsapply to the length and width direction to woven fabrics and to both the waleand course direction for knit fabrics.
