IS 13311 : Part 2 : 1992 Methods of non-destructive testing of concrete: Part 2 Rebound hammer

1 Scope

This standard covers the object, principle, apparatus andprocedure of rebound hammer test method. In addition, influence oftest conditions and some general guidance on the interpretation oftest results are also given.

Note - In view of the limitations of each method ofnon-destructive testing of concrete, it is essential that theresults of tests obtained by one method should be complimented byother tests and each method should be adopted very carefully.
