IS 13357 : 1992 Methods of grading and visual classification of muscovite mica splittings

1 Scope

This standard covers the methods of size classification ofmuscovite mica splittings by standard commercial grades andspecifies the maximum allowable physical defects for each grade. Itis applicable to commercially available natural muscovite micasplittings, irrespective of the basic colour of the mica or itssource.
