NATIONAL FOREWORD
This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 2555 : 2018 ‘Plastics - Resins in the liquid state or as emulsions or dispersions - Determination of apparent viscosity using a single cylinder type rotational viscometer method’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Methods of Sampling and Test for Plastics Sectional Committee and approval of the Petroleum, Coal and Related Products Division Council.
This standard was originally published in 1999. The first revision of this standard has been undertaken to align it with the latest version of ISO 2555 : 2018.
