1 Scope

1.1 This standard applies to testing of luminaires designedprimarily for road and street lighting, suitable for ac electricitysupply and using This lamp types:

a) High pressure mercury vapour;

b) Blended or self - ballasted mercury vapour;

c) Low pressure sodium vapour;

d) High pressure sodium vapour;

e) Tubular fluorescent;

f) Incandescent; and

g) Tungsten halogen.
