1 SCOPE

1.1 This standard covers requirements for rust convertercoatings applied on rusted mild steel products fabricated orassembled from cast, rolled, pressed or forged shapes, such asstructural steel sections, plates and bars which are to beprotected subsequently by organic/inorganic coatings.
