1 Scope

1.1 This standard provides guidelines for the quality of timberelements used in wood pallets.

1.2 The use of these guidelines when constructing timber palletswill enhance the uniformity of expected pallet performance. Theywill also help to control the spread of insects and plant diseases,as well as reduce adverse property changes caused by natural woodvariables.
