IS 13647 : 1993 Electroplated coatings of rhodium for engineering purposes

1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers requirements of electro depositedcoatings of rhodium used for engineering purposes.

1.2 Coatings of rhodium covered by this standard are usuallyemployed for the corrosion resistance, stable electrical contactresistance, wear resistance, reflectivity, and heat-resistance.Some typical applications for deposited rhodium coating, are givenin Annex A.
