1. SCOPE

This Indian Standard specifies the functional requirements for airport baggage/cargo trolley, capable of carrying bulk items of baggage/cargo from one point in the terminal (passenger/cargo) to the aircraft bay for loading and vice-versa. The trolley shall be designed to be towed in line consisting up to a maximum of five trolleys with the help of tow tractor(s).
