This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 1577 : 1987`Tea - Determination of acid-insoluble ash' issued by theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adoptedby the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of theStimulant Foods Sectional Committee (FAD 23), and approval of theFood and Agriculture Division Council.
